No, we will use movement and dance for certain exercises but not in the way we would do it in dance lessons: there is no "right way to do it", there are no steps to learn and follow; instead we will use movement and dance to explore how you are feeling and the way your body can support your process.
-A stable internet connection, a device to join the zoom call online (a computer, tablet or mobile phone) with camera and microphone.
-Comfortable clothes.
- A closed private space (not the park, cafeteria, living room, etc.). Other people should not enter the space nor stay with you during the session (babies, small children may be the exception).
-Water or something to drink.
No, you need to have your camera on because I need to see if you need support during any exercise and because we will be connecting to each other and the video will be a fundamental part of it.
The microphone will be off for certain exercises and on when we share in the group.
No, the sessions will be live and we won't record them, to protect the privacy of all the participants.
We will use Zoom. You will receive the link to your email.

Workshops and therapy are not equivalent. The workshops are an educational space, where you experience certain exercises of a technique that might have healing/repairing effects, but they differ from therapy in the depth of work, the goals and the form of interactions. In therapy we deep dive into your personal needs to solve a specific difficulty you are having in your life, we may explore traumatic events and the process is led by the needs of the client, whereas the workshops are led by pre-planed goals by the lecturer and do not offer the same intimacy as the therapeutic process.
